Timing is Everything
Time is a funny thing. We can’t control it, but in reality it controls us. Time and I have always had an interesting relationship. I moved 22 times before I was 16 years old. Each time I moved, I always thought there would be enough time to make friends and get settled, but 21 of those times didn’t exactly pan out the way I’d hoped. It wasn’t until I moved to Minnesota my senior year of High School that my idea of time finally made sense. It’s not that time was against me, but the time wasn’t right to kick start my future.
Timing truly is everything. If I didn’t move the year I did, I wouldn’t have met all the amazing now friends I did from High School. If my family had moved to a different street, I might not have made the connection I did with the boy down the street (a.k.a. my now Husband!) – every chance and choice in life has a connection to time and that’s what makes it so sweet. I’ve never been one to wear a watch, but this season was different. I was so excited about the opportunity to partner with JORD Wood Watches.
